We at Corematic (PTY) LTD, have built up an exceptional reputation since inauguration in 2003, manufacturing and supplying Automatic as well as Manual Core Saws, also known as Core Splitters, which are robustly designed and built for safe, fast, reliable and cost effective core cutting. Safety being our prime motivation.
The machines are manufactured in South Africa to customer’s specific electrical requirements and are supplied with a five year guarantee on frames, covers and side panels, five years on motors, two years on drives, one year on wear parts i.e. chain and wear strips. Corematic is the only and original manufacturer of automatic core saws in South Africa. We offer training to personnel and servicing of machines.
We also supply consumables designed specifically for the saws such as locally manufactured Diamond Blades and a variety of different size Core Guides.
After exhaustive tests with the latest Arix Technology, we now have three Grades of Diamond Blades which have given outstanding results, splitting the softest to the most extreme hardest of core.
Corematic (PTY) LTD also source and supply a number of different consumables and equipment that the geological departments may require. Items such as plastic sampling bags, plastic sampling jars, steel and plastic drums and steel core trays are a few examples of these products.
